How long are your lease terms?

How much is the security deposit?

Are utilities included in rent?
Utility responsibility varies by property. Listing details will specify which utilities are included and which are resident-paid.
Do you require renters insurance?
Yes. We require residents to carry a liability insurance policy with at least $100,000 in coverage for the duration of the lease. Residents may obtain their own renters insurance policy, which often also covers personal belongings. If proof of qualifying coverage is not provided, a lord liability insurance policy will be added to the lease. This policy covers liability only and does not insure personal belongings.
Are there additional monthly fees?
Some properties may have additional fees such as pet rent, utility service fees, or amenity fees. These will be disclosed before signing a lease.
Do you allow pets?
Pet policies vary by property. Some properties allow pets with additional fees and breed or weight restrictions.

Can I join a waitlist for upcoming apartments?
Yes. If we don’t currently have availability, you can join our waitlist to be notified when a unit becomes available that matches your preferences.
How does a waitlist work?
